I absolutely love quilts and I really wish that I had the talent and patience to make my own quilts, but I don't. Every time I see a quilt store, I have to go in and browse. I have seen many of these flower garden quilts and each one is original. I have seen them made from scraps as well as made from solid colors – with white backgrounds and with colored backgrounds. At any rate, every one that I have seen is beautiful.
Shopping for Quilts
We have our annual family reunion in Texas and I usually try to get away for the afternoon to browse the quilting shops in Fredericksburg. It is a small town, but it has several quilting shops. The German food is good too.
You can usually find this quilt for sale on eBay. Completed quilts sell for a variety of prices.

If you are into quilting yourself, you can usually find quilt blocks on eBay as well which can be short cut. Basically, making this quilt consists of sewing hexagon shaped material together and then quilting it.
