The Northwest Flower and Garden Show

Duane Kelly founded the Northwest Flower and Garden Show over 20 years ago and made it the second largest show in the United States. The show is renowned worldwide because of the quality and variety that it presents. Preparing for his retirement, Kelly had announced that the last show would be held in 2009 bringing disappointment to many gardeners.

In July of 2009, a press release was issued with great news.

O’Loughlin Trade Shows, Inc. decided to purchase the show from Kelly and plans to keep it going.

Under the new ownership, the first show is scheduled for February 3rd through the 7th of 2010 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington.

O’Loughlin has opened a new website to feature this show at www.gardenshow.com where you can get detailed information and register for a booth in the show.

The show is the popular “Seattle Flower and Garden Show” that everyone is always searching for. It is also commonly referred to as the Seattle Flower Garden Show or the Northwest Flower Garden Show. At any rate, it is the most popular show searched for on the internet.

What Does the Show Have to Offer?

The show will have educational opportunities and many exhibits that feature orchid shows, retail and wholesale nurseries, soil and fertilizer products, seeds and bulbs, outdoor furniture and garden décor such as fountains and bird baths, interior décor like flower paintings and containers, as well as arts and crafts, clothing and accessories such as jewelry.

The reputation of this show is expected to continue under the direction of O’Loughlin Trade Shows who has 60 years of experience producing shows.
