You Can Still Have a Garden in the Shade

Right now, in the middle of winter, I am really missing my garden. Having the opportunity to talk about it is great. I feel like my garden is really special because it didn't come to me easy.
When I bought the house that I currently live in, I was so disappointed at how shade-filled my backyard is. I wanted a beautiful garden, but I wasn't sure if it was possible to have that without lots of access to sunshine. However, I looked into it, and you can indeed grow a gorgeous garden in the shade, even if you're not an octopus!
There are so many exquisite flowers that grow really well in shade, and my garden is chock full of them. Everyone who comes over gasps when they see all of the Jacob's Ladder that I have growing there. I also have a gorgeous collection of lilies, which just so happen to be my favorite flower. Solomon's Seal, Periwinkle, and Virginia Bluebells are also among the many dazzling flowers that I have growing there.
Though I wasn't happy about it at first, I'm thrilled that my backyard is covered in shade now. Even during the hottest parts of the summer, I can be outside working on my garden happily while other people have to stay inside and avoid the sunlight. Everyone I know always wants to hang out in my backyard and enjoy my beautiful shade garden and all of the flowers growing there. I can't wait for winter to be over so that I can get back to enjoying my garden and get back to enjoying the shade.
